Paragon Truss

Enterprise sales.

Ian Harman · Atom & Bits · Product & Technology Advisor

At Paragon Truss, I led the company’s first enterprise deal, including the contracts and client relationship. That meant connecting what the customer needed with what Paragon could commit to delivering.

Turn product promise into a commercial agreement.

At Paragon Truss, I led the deal, contracts, and client interaction for the company’s first enterprise contract, valued at $500,000 a year. My advisory work also covered product discovery and an AI product pivot.

I stayed directly involved in the customer relationship through the close. Product understanding mattered because the terms had to describe something the buyer valued and the company could commit to delivering.

A prospective customer needs to understand what they are buying and why it matters to their business. A company selling it needs a clear account of what it is agreeing to deliver. I enjoy working where those two understandings have to come together.

A $500,000 annual enterprise contract.

Paragon Truss secured its first enterprise contract, valued at $500,000 per year. I led the deal and contract work with the client.

This is part of the breadth I bring through Atom & Bits. My deepest experience is in healthcare, and my advisory work also includes manufacturing. As a founder and advisor, I want to understand what a deal makes possible for a company and what it will ask of the company once it is signed.

About this account and these results

My role and this result are my reported experience. $500,000 is annual contract value, not recognized or collected revenue.

What would it take for the customer to say yes?

I work with founders on product direction, packaging, pricing, and the enterprise conversations that bring those choices into focus.
