A billing service for independent practices
We do your insurance billing.
From the signed visit in your EHR to the payment posted back into it.
Claims Native is a billing service run on our own software. We do the billing work. Your practice sees each step and gets back paid claims.

What we do
The billing work, from visit to payment.
Eight things we take on. Each one leaves a record you can open.
- Visit to claim. We turn each signed visit in your EHR into a claim.
- Coverage. We check eligibility before we file.
- Scrub. We check each claim against the payer’s rules and fix what we can.
- Filing. We send each claim through the clearinghouse.
- Follow-up. We track every filing deadline and every claim that goes quiet.
- Posting. We post each payment into your EHR and keep every adjustment.
- Patient balance. We work out what the patient owes from the payer’s payment and explanation.
- Deposit match. We match each bank deposit to the payment behind it.
What you get back: paid claims, and a short list of what needs you.
You only see a claim when it needs a provider’s decision or a fact only you have.
How it fits your office
Your EHR stays the record.
Nothing moves to a new system. We work from yours.
- Your visits come from your EHR.
- Claims go out through the clearinghouse.
- Payments post back into your EHR, with the adjustment.
- Your money keeps going to your bank. We never hold it.
ChiroHD and Jane are the systems we take visits from today. We add more as practices bring them.
What stays with you
Three things we never take over.
- Clinical judgment. Your provider decides what the signed note supports. We never add a clinical fact or make a coding call that needs the provider.
- Collecting patient balances. We tell you what the patient owes. Collecting it stays with your office.
- Eligibility problems from intake. Wrong insurance on file, or no coverage on the date of service: we report them, and you own them.
When a payment is short
We keep the difference open.
We check the difference against the payer’s explanation and your contract. When the contract supports more, we go back to the payer for it: a corrected claim, a reconsideration or an appeal. Then we record what the payer needed, so the next claim goes out the way that payer wants it.
A short payment does not become a patient bill by default.
A person reviews every reconsideration, appeal and payer dispute before it goes out.
